ice popsicle moulds
wooden sticks
4 oranges
2 tangarines, juice and pulp
1 tablespoon sugar
50ml water
Sweet corange lollipops in a bright orange colour, who can resist them on a warm King's Day? Start at least one day early, then the are ready in plenty of time.
How to make orange ice lollipops
Juice the oranges and tangerines.
Stir in water & sugar.
Pour the juice into the molds.
Place the sticks in the molds.
We find the plastic sticks which come with the molds not handy and not looking good. If you want to use wooden sticks, like we do, just cover the molds in aluminum foil and stick the sticks in a just too small hole. Then the sticks will stay up nice and straight.
Place the molds at least overnight in the freezer.
This looks lovely but not for long!
