500g potatoes, peeled and cut into 2cm cubes
30g butter
olive oil, for frying
2 apples, cored and cut into wedges
1 tin cocktail sausages
2 teaspoons French mustard
3 sprigs thyme, leaves picked

Today a tasty, quick meal that also costs not much money. Suitable for meat eaters as well as vegetarians, you simply leave out the sausages. You can do most of the preparation in advance. Then this dish is quickly and easily made. Here this hash is a favorite, which can regularly be found on the menu ;))
How to make a Sausage, Potato and Apple Hash
The preparation:
Wash the lettuce.
Wash and cook the beans.
Drain the lettuce.
Peel the potatoes.
Wash the potatoest thoroughly.
Dry them as well.
Cut them into 2x2 cm cubes.
Wash the potato cubes and put on the heat.
Boil them for 4 minutes and steam until dry.
Wash the apples, remove the cores and cut them into slices.
Heat the pan and let half the oil and half the butter melt.
How to fry the appels
Fry the apple until golden brown.
Fry the slices on both sides.
Remove from the pan and set aside.
and how to bake the Hash
Add if needed the remaining oil and butter to the pan
Fry the potato cubes and sausage.
When golden brown add the apple.
Let it all heat up well.
Season the hash with sea salt and pepper
Stir in the mustard for extra flavour.
Serve the Sausage, Potato and Apple Hash with beans and salad.
