After all the crafts we made for Sinterklaas and Christmas, we return to one of our most beloved activities: drawing and colouring. One of our mini monsters has a toy monitor lizard, from an early age on it is his favorite. The monitor lizard goes everywhere with Puk, every day it goes to school with him.
Visiting or on an outing and going to bed together in the evening, lizard is always there. In the winter it wears it's nice and warm mushroom sweater, that granny knitted.. It also wears a little scarf that Puk's classmate made especially for it. Monitor Lizard is well taken care of!
On the first drawing above you see a monitor lizard with it's monitor lizard child on its back, the child's name is Pien. This drawing was made with colouring pencils. The second drawing, which was made with felt-tip pens, shows a dinosaur with just visible in the background, an erupting volcano.
Above you see Puk's real monitor lizard, it is on his way to school with Puk. Besides the monitor lizard, there is the penguin, it is also a popular animal here. Just look at the crayon drawing, it turned out great!
Finally, a jellyfish, drawn with pencil and painted with crayons and watercolour. Everyone here loves sea creatures because they are beautiful, special and so colourful. Wonderful, when everyone is happy and quietly busy with their own artwork!
