If you are reading along with snazzie, you have probably read books by Jan Paul Schutten before! He writes about many different subjects, always in understandable language and fun to read. That is why his books are thoroughly explored here, by the big and small monsters. Today we are reading in Superslimme dieren and that is a nice thick book! That is absolutely a good thing, because there are a lot of super smart animals, so they do not fit in a thin booklet.
Jan Paul Schutten is right when he says that we humans think we are super smart, way smarter than the animals. But animals have discovered lots of things all by themselves, even long before we did. They also have been here much longer than we have! But in Evenvooraf (In advance) in the beginning of this book there is a funny quiz, which will surprise you! Luckily you can check the answers, because we got quite a few wrong!
There are many common animals in this book, such as ducks, frogs or insects which are really super smart, but there are also very strange creatures that you may have never heard of. Big animals, tiny animals, flying animals, swimming animals, too many to mention and all with their own wisdom and cleverness. What a super fun book! (sadly only in Dutch!)
