Today we try to find:

When we are walking outside we recognize more and more plants, we get used to the names. There is the Plantain again, broad leaf or rib leaf or we see another Smooth hawksbeard, but the mostly we see Dandelions :)) Some of the names on our list are much harder to find (like the Procumbent pearlwort), but we usually find some.

Could this be 04. Groundsel - Senecio vulgaris?
This is Hedge bindweed - Calystegia sepium
A clump pavement plants with Shaggy soldier (white/yellow) and Forget-me-nots (blue)
Finaly this one, also beautiful and unknown.
