Here we are reading 16 most beloved stories of Shakespeare (a boxset and edited for children), how amazing is that? We think it's brilliant! The boxset was published at the occasion of the 400th anniversery of William Shakespeare's passing.
Unfortunately, the booklets are not translated into Dutch and the (much cheaper!) box set is not available in The Netherlands. The Box Set can be ordered online at amazon.nl. The texts have been adapted to kids of today. The stories are of course shortened, but in essence true to the original with still a lot of love, deceit and violent death but better understandable to teenagers. The stories together with the attractive illustrations by Tony Ross are a joy to read. From approximately 10 - 12 years and up all the stories are really amazing and an asset to the general development of every teenager.
