How to make the Easter Pops
Heat a layer of water.
Chop the chocolate chunky.
Put it in a bowl on the pan.
Add the cooking cream.
Allow the chocolate to melt, stir it briefly.
Dip the sticks in chocolate then stick into the marshmellows.
Allow to dry then roll the marshmellows in chocolate.
Dip the wet marshmellows in the yellow and green mixed sprinkles.
Stick the marshmellow pops in a fruit or in styrofoam and allow the chocolate to set.
Melt the milk chocolate, dip in the marshmellows.
Allow the chocolate to set again.
Shape brown fondant ears.
Shape fondant eyes and noses too then stick it all on.
The Easter Pops look very cute!
