What do you need?
Big dried Autumn leaves
white and black gouache
big paint brush
glue paste and brush
wiggely eyes
nylon thread & needle (mam's work)
A super fun craft for the youngest mini monsters is painting leaves, then making them into bats or ghosts. For Halloween of course!
Here's how to make them
Lay the leaves flat, paint them black and white.
Allow the leaves to dry then cut off the stems.
Stick wiggely eyes onto the bats.
Trim the leaves to look like ghosts or bats.
Stick a nylon thread through the tops.
The ghosts need two coats of paint.
Glue on eyes, trim the ghost and stick in thread.
