One of the most loved outings of the mini monsters is going to the Speeldernis. The Speeldernis is a beautiful nature playground with little waterfalls, rocks and lots of greenery. All information for a visit can be found on their website. You have to make a reservation before you come, this is mandatory because of covid-19.
If you enjoy exploring the whole area on your own choose a rainy day, like we do. Be there when the park opens its doors, you will hardly encounter anyone! The chance that you meet some of the animals is also much greater.
You can build dams and climb, scramble and explore, cross with your trucks and dig in the mud. Then all of a sudden a small frog leaps on your hand from nowhere! Hopefully all regular activities will continue later in the year (possibly even next year?).
In snazzie's opinion this vacation-trip deserves a big A, have lots of fun!
