ready made pizza dough
olive oil to brush
sea salt & freshly ground pepper
mozzarella / cheddar cheese mix
tomato, mushroom, bell pepper, onion
fresh pineapple, ham cubes
These small pizzas are very quickly made. Even quicker if you buy ready made pizza dough, at AH a jar of tomato sauce is included. It's handy if you have leftovers in the fridge otherwise you chop some veg. The kids like to help and can't wait until the pizzas are cooled enough to eat.
We make 3 flavours: tomato/mushroom/ham; bell pepper/onion; pineapple/cheese. Yummy!
How to make mini pizzas
Preheat the oven to 220°C and brush 8 holes of a muffin tin with oil
Open the tin and stretch out the rolled up dough.
Cut out eight circles, using a glass or a cutter.
Press the circles into the tin, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pour a tablespoon tomato sauce in each mini pizza.
Sprinkle some grated mixed cheese on the sauce
Place topping of your choice on top.
Sprinkle some more cheese on top.
Bake the pizzas 10 minutes in the middle of the oven.
They are ready when the cheese melted to golden.
Please mind! The pizzas are very hot inside!
