With flock foil your brighten every garment to your liking. A self designed garment also makes a great present! We know a little boy who loves Gossie and Bertie so we make him a cute shirt with his favorite gosling.

Find a cute picture in a book or on the internet.

Use a new garment but wash it first.

Photocopy or ptint an image and cut it out.

Cut all parts separate, here head and body together; beak; legs and boots.

Stick the parts onto the right colour flock foil using a glue stick.

Glue the parts on the shiny side of the flock foil, on the dull side is the glue.

Gluing the parts onto the foil makes the cutting so much easier.

Gently pull the pictures from the flock foil, the paper comes off easily.

Iron the shirt where the picture will be positioned nice and warm, wool stand.

Join the loose parts together on the shirt and cover it with parchment.

Press the image for 30-35 seconds (wool) with the hot iron, press not ironing!

You may never press without adult supervision !!!

  • To press means that the iron is put with gentle pressure onto the clothes to be pressed (onto the picture in this case). Not moving the iron back and forth like when you are ironing.
  • You may lift and press the iron on the picture but if you iron the loose pieces may shift and your garment will be spoiled.
  • If you find the pressing difficult, you can press the pieces one by one onto the shirt.
  • When after removal of the toplayer you see loose parts you can press them on with parchment.
  • Wash garments with a flock foil image inside out on max. 40°.

Let the gosling cool then carefully remove the hard upper layers.

When the hard, shiny top layers are removed you see a soft, velvety gosling.

Draw an eye on the goslings head with a textile marker and Gossie is ready!
