Today we bake our own French fries for the mini-monsters, just like McDonald's but tastier :)) First and second, our fries are not limp and cold, but crispy and hot. In addition, we bought Mad Sauce mayonnaise at Jumbo. So it's just like the real deal but much tastier :))

Peel the potatoes.

Scrub the potatoes clean.

Cut 1cm thick slices.

Cut the slices into French Fries.

Fill a large bowl with cold water and add the fries, cover and leave them for at least 2 hours to remove the starch

Fill a large pan to 1/3 with sunflower oil and heat the oil to 140°C

Rinse the fries well.

Dry them with a tea towel.

Pre-bake the fries in portions, for 6 minutes.

Place kitchen paper in a large bowl.

Allow the pre-baked fries to drain well.

Turn up the heat until the oil reaches 180°C.

Fry the fries 2-3 mins. again and let drain well.

Sprinkle sea salt over the fries and toss them around.

Serve the French fries with mayonnaise and tomato ketchup on the side.
