What do you need?
perler beads, multi colours
a round peg board
an iron
a piece of baking paper

Now that summer is starting and you are taking your lemonade outside, you have to be careful that no bugs fly into your glass. Those critters love sweet, fruity drinks too! With these cheerful retro fruit covers, to top your glass, you don't have to worry about it! You can quickly craft the covers yourself, with melty beads. Only the ironing must be done by an adult!

Measure the size of the cover using a glass.

Stick a ring just around the glass, which you later remove.

Fill up the ring with watermelon colours, green, white and pink.

Stick some black pits in the pink fruit, here and there.

Turn out the ironing board, heat the iron until medium heat and have the piece of baking paper ready

Place baking paper on top of the beads.

Iron the beads for 15 - 20 seconds.

Peel off the paper and let the beads cool.

Turn the glass cover over and iron the other side in the same way, let it cool down again
