Shopping list
150g white chocolate buttons
2 tablespoons of double cream
10 marshmellows
lollipop sticks
small tube chocolate icing
some dark chocolate sprinkles
1 tablespoon icing sugar
drops of water
red and green food colouring

These not scary but funny Frankenstein heads taste very yummy as well! Marshmellows covered in white chocolate, now that's what we call a treat!

 

How to make the Frankenstein lolli pops

Melt chocolate and cream au bain marie.

Stir 5 drops green food colouring into the chocolate.

Stir until the chocolate has a nice green colour.

Dip the lollipop sticks into the green chocolate mixture.

Press the sticks into the marshmellows, allow the chocolate to harden.

Dip the marshmellow into the chocolate and tap the exces off.

Press the sticks into some fruit and allow the chocolate to harden.

Dip the top in sprinkles before the chocolate has dried.

Allow the heads to dry completely.

Decorate the heads with eyes and a mouth using the little icing tube.

Stir some red icing and use it to draw a scar on the heads.

Stick the lollipos in a styrofoam wreath, covered in crepe paper.

Place the lollipops on a platter to serve for 'trick or treat'.
