Nadiya Hussain, winner of BBC cooking show The Great British Bake Off 2015, has since than published many recipes. She now is a well-known personality on British television. Today we make one of her recipes, Fattoush, a very healthy breakfast.

This middle Eastern salad is traditionally made with vegetables and roasted pita bread. But this is Nadiya's take on it. You can use any fruit you like, for example Nadiya used pineapple, passion fruit and raspberries. The Fattoush would look beautiful on the table tomorrow, on Eid al Fitr!

How to make Nadiya's Fattoush

Place waxed paper on the baking tray then preheat the oven to 200°C
