What do you need?
a large glass jar
a pressure light
3 AAA batteries
a sheet of dark blue card stock
a piece of aluminum foil
acrylic paint in dark blue, black, white
a paintbrush
a lancing device or a large needle
glue stick

The loyal snazzie followers have known for a long time, our mini monsters are very interested in space travel, the galaxy and the universe. We regularly have books, baking goods and crafts on snazzie which agree with this topic. Today we are making a safe galaxy to put next to your bed. So  you can look at it in the dark, safely from your own bed!

Cover your worktop and spread the foil smooth on the cardboard.

Paint the foil dark blue then let it dry well.

Paint a layer of black on the blue, like in the picture.

Let it dry and cut to the size of the jar.

Spread glue on the cardstock and stick on the foil.

Place various small and larger white dots on the milky way.

Prick lots of holes in the aluminum foil with needle.

Place the paper in the glass jar and stick in the light.

Press the light on when it is dark ... oooh beautiful!
