a piece of burlap
piece of white felt

black embroidery thread
an embroidery needle
darning wool and a matching needle
hammer and tacks
orange acrylic paint
paint stamp
It's a bit early, but in the shops you already see lots of Halloween candy, decorations and costumes. The mini monsters are already looking forward to it. They can hardly wait until they can ring the doorbells in the dark: Trick or Treat! That's why we're already started crafting, we're making a fun ghost craft
How to make a Spooky Halloween decoration
Cut a 30x30 cm square out of sackcloth.
Cut a simple ghost out of white felt.
Pin the chost in the center of the sackcloth square,
Thread the ghost on with black embroidery yarn.
Embroider two eyes on the ghost.
Tie off the embroidery yarn firmly.
Blanket stitch the sackcloth all around.
By blanket stitching the fabric all around you prevent the sackcloth from fraying
Place the canvas in the middle of the cloth.
Fold the edge over and nail it down.
This is how your frame looks now.
Fetch the paint and a round stamp brush.
Stamp orange circles on the sackcloth.
Our picture fram turned out very cute, we're happy with it!
