A Poke Bowl with crayfish

is delicious and healthy!

For the rice                        
250g sushi rice or sticky rice                
1 tablespoon Mirin vinegar                
½ teaspoon salt                    
½ teaspoon sugar                    
To finish
150-200g crayfish                    
carrots, cucumber, radishes, onion, pineapple
sesame seeds 

For the sauce
25g mayonnaise    
3 teaspoons soy sauce    
1 teaspoon sesame oil1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon mirin vinegar
Sriracha sauce (optional)
lemon juice, to taste
black pepper, to taste                          

On a hot summer day you prefer to be in the kitchen as short as possible, but you still want to put something tasty and healthy on the table. Then our go-to is the Poké Bowl, everything nice and fresh and you only cook the rice. You can easily take the bowl and eat outside, which is another plus!

How to make a Poké Bowl with crayfish
Add 250g rice, 1 tablespoon Mirin vinegar, ½ teaspoon salt and ½ teaspoon sugar to a pan with 350 ml cold water

Bring the water to the boil.

Let simmer 10 minutes with the lid on.

Then turn off the heat.

Important! Let the pan stand for another 15 minutes with the lid on but do not open the lid before the time has passed!

Meanwhile wash the veggies.

Slice the vegetables thinly.

Cut the onion into rings.

Spoon the rice into bowls.

While the rice cools you make the sauce

Place all sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Whisk it all firmly together.

Into a smooth sauce.

Divide the vegetables and fruit over the rice.

Sprinkle the Poke Bowl with sesame seeds, if you like.

Serve the sauce with the Poké Bowl or spoon some on top, your choice!
