Shopping list for two
20ml red syrup
4 big balls of vanilla ice cream
250 ml semi skimmed, cold milk
1 sachet vanilla flavoured sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
red currants, to decorate
candy canes
We have made Snowballs before, aslo a recipe from the UK, with a good dash of whiskey in it. Today we make Christmas Snowballs for the mini-monsters. A simple little recipe without alcohol, but nice & sweet with lovely red berries. Very cozy on Christmas Eve!
How to make the Snowball
Place milk and ice cream in the blender.
Blend it together until it is frothy.
Pour the syrup in a high glass.
Fill the glass up with milkshake.
Add a ball of ice cream.
Decorate the glass with berries and a candy cane.
