This super funny book which is told and illustrated by Steve Antony is called Betty Goes Bananas. The book is a bit older but it's still so much fun! The story is about baby gorilla Betty. When baby gorilla Betty is hungry and she sees a banana, she immediately pounces on it. She loves bananas!
No matter what Betty tries, she can't open the banana and you can see the surprise on her face. The mini monsters love Betty, she looks so cute and funny in her dress, with a pink bow on her head. But look what happens when Betty doesn't like it, she doesn't just cry but then she howls the house down!
How will this end? Because this can't be, Betty! You can read it all in this brilliant book, the lilarious endig will surprise you for sure. (one very small minus: Sadly the Betty books are not translated into Dutch)! Waaaaah!!!
