Anne Frank

her diaries, letters, poems and her stories
Reading Book, History, War and Peace, and Young-adult book and/or film

When Anne Frank and her family in 1942 had to go into hiding, because people from Jewish origin were persecuted during the German occupation of the Netherlands in Worldwar ll, Anne was thirteen years old. Ze was a teenager like every other thirteen year old with an interest in filmstars, chatting with girlfriends, boys and fashion. She wrote about it in the diary that she was presented with on her 13th Birthday.

Countless books have been published as, about and in addition to the Anne Frank diaries. The diaries themselves were translated from Dutch into fiftyfive languages. In this book everything Anne has ever written herself is recorded, thus it is called Anne Frank - Collected Works.
