How to make Dinosaur biscuits
Preheat the oven to 175°C
Roll the dough to 1-1.5cm thickness,
Cut out dinosaur shapes.
Knead the remaining dough again.
Cut out more dinosaur biscuits, put them in the fridge.
Hint! Place the biscuits for +/- 30 minutes in the refrigerator then they do not run out during baking.
Bake the biscuits in 12-15 min. golden brown.
Allow the biscuits a minute on the tray.
Then let the biscuits cool on a wire rack.
Now you may decorate the dinosaur biscuits with a coloured glaze, then they look really cool!
The glaze is made with sifted icing sugar, in which you stir three drops of lemon juice and a dash of water. The glaze should look thick & glossy and be only just liquid.
Make any colour with food colouring.
Green = some yellow + 1 drop blue.
Spread the glaze on the biscuits, let dry.
Make coloured dots on the dino's with icing markers.
Looking good, these dinosaurs!
Happy B'day!
